With the Cavite CSR Council at the EAS Congress 2009—committing to coastal rehabilitation through public-private partnership. At the East Asian Seas Congress, I joined regional leaders to pledge support for the Rehabilitation of Manila Bay. Representing Cavite’s coalition of government and corporations, we formalized our commitment to sustainable development and environmental stewardship. “True sustainability begins when communities and corporations co-own the future of our coastlines.”

When I became Accenture Philippines’ Inclusion & Diversity Lead, we didn’t start with solutions—we started by listening. Our employees with disabilities shared what they needed, and we realized real change meant partnering across corporate functions. That collaboration led to the Accessibility Council and eventually, Accenture’s first Accessibility Center—where personalized tools and global funding ensured support without burden. It was a lesson in humility, trust, and shared leadership.
